  • 8 chicken wings, cut into 8 drumettes and 8 wingettes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. white wine
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 whole egg
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup cornstarch for coating
  • 1 cup potato starch
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. green onion
  • 1 tbsp. ginger
  • 1 tbsp. garlic
  • 1 tbsp. cilantro
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp. red wine
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • Taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. green onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. onion, minced
  • ½ tbsp. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 pinch cilantro
  • a few pieces of fresh red chili pepper
  • Korean sauce
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. green onion, ¾ inch long pieces
  • 1 tbsp. onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp. ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp. Korean red pepper paste
  • 1 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Japanese sake
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • ¼ cup water
  • Cheese sauce
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp. fresh tomato, minced
  • 1 tbsp. parsley, minced
  • ¼ cup cheese
  • tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp. white wine
  • 1 pinch thyme
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

In a medium-sized bowl, combine chicken wings, salt, white wine, black pepper, egg and cornstarch; mix and coat well.

In another bowl, combine 1 cup cornstarch and 1 cup potato starch.

Dredge chicken wings in starch mix one by one. Gently drop into oil and fry for 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crisp. Drain on a wire rack.

In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add butter, garlic, ginger and green onion. Stir and sizzle, then add yellow cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and water; stir well. Put in 4 pieces of fried chicken wings. Let it simmer for a few minutes and turn over occasionally until the wings are coated in glaze.

In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add butter, garlic, onion, red chili pepper, and green onion. Stir and sizzle then put in 4 pieces of fried chicken wings. Add taco seasoning mix and cilantro. Stir fry for a while till chicken wings are coated with mix.

In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add butter, garlic, ginger, and green onion. Stir and sizzle then add Korean red pepper paste, sweet chili sauce, sugar, Japanese sake, and water. Stir and let the sauce thicken for a few minutes, then put in 4 pieces of fried chicken wings. Let it simmer, turn over occasionally until the wings are coated in glaze.

Then put in 4 pieces fried chicken wings, thyme, and black pepper. Let it simmer and add cheese and salt; mix well.
