Ingredients:
  • Dough
  • 600 g Wheat Flour
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 70 g Butter
  • 30 ml Oil
  • 8 g Salt
  • 20 g Powdered Sugar
  • 10 g Yeast
  • 50 g Egg White
  • Filling
  • 1 cup Tomato
  • 0.3 cup Mushroom
  • 0.3 cup Parmesan
  • 1 cup Mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp. Scallion
  • 1 tsp. Thyme
  • 1 cup Garlic Sausage
  • 0.5 tsp. Pepper

In a large bowl, pour in milk, sugar and yeast. Stir well. Then pour in the flour, oil, egg, butter and salt. Knead the dough until it turns to be soft. Rest for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, halve the dough. And then rest again for 10 minutes. Cover it. (Using hand to knead the dough instead of using the rolling pin that will make the texture becomes better)

Meanwhile, prepare a round baking tray that brushed with olive oil. Flat the dough that can fit in the tray. Place the dough inside.

Place sliced tomatoes and mushrooms on the dough like pizza topping, and then place halve of shred cheese and sliced sausage. Then spread other cheese on top. Sprinkle minced chives and thyme. Seasoning with pepper.

Flat another dough and cover on the top, press the edge to fit in the tray. Slice the dough as four quarters. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.

Spread the egg wash (1 egg yolk+1/2 tbsp milk) on the surface. Sprinkle some white sesame on top. Transfer to the oven, bake at 392oF/200oC for 20-22 minutes.
