Add all 【Falafel】(except for baking powder) ingredients to food processor and pulse a little bit at a time until the mixture is finely ground. You’ll know it’s ready when the texture is more like coarse meal.

Dust with a tablespoon of baking powder.

Pour into a large mixing bowl and keep mixing using a potato masher.

Make balls, about 1oz in size. Let rest in refrigerator until cold.

Pan fry Falafel in oil until dark in color, and warm on the inside- about 5 minutes on each side.
