This homemade lobster pasta recipe comes with garlicky spinach cream sauce. It’s delicious and cheaper than restaurants!

  • 1 whole Lobster

  • 2.5 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • - Garlic Butter -
  • 6 tbsp. Butter, Divided
  • 2 clove Garlic, Chopped
  • 0.25 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 0.25 tsp. Pepper
  • 0.25 cup Chopped Flat-Leaf Parsley, Plus More for Garnish
  • - Cream Sauce -
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 lb. Spinach
  • 0.3 cup Onion, Chopped
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp. Flour
  • 0.5 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup Cheese
  • 200 g Spaghetti

Begin by cracking and cleaning the lobster. Be careful not to damage too much of the meat.

Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a pan along with 2 cloves of garlic, then add the halved lobster and let cook through.

Prepare the garlic herb butter by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl.

Smooth the garlic butter onto the lobster and bake in a 400ºF/200ºC oven for 6-8 minutes.

Add 2 cloves garlic and spinach to your skillet and let the spinach wilt. Remove from the skillet, let cool then pulse in a food processor.

In a large pot, prepare spaghetti pasta.

Prepare the spinach cream sauce by heating the remaining oil in your skillet, add chopped onions, heavy cream, spinach, salt & pepper and flour. Stir and let it begin to thicken.

Add pasta, cinnamon and cheese. Stir to coat all the spaghetti strands with the sauce.
