Stuff lobster tails with a savory mixture of chopped lobster meat, onion, mushroom, crispy bacon, and buttery sauce is super delicious and great for an elegant seafood entree.

Ingredients:
  • 1 count Whole Lobster (3 lbs), Cooked
  • 1 tsp. Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic, Minced
  • 2 tbsp. Parsley, Finely Chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Flour
  • 2 tbsp. Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Mushroom, Finely Chopped
  • 1 oz. Corn Kernels
  • 1.5 tbsp. White Wine
  • 0.25 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Bacon, Cooked and Break Into Pieces
  • 0.25 tsp. Black Pepper, a Pinch
  • 2 tbsp. Milk
  • 2 counts Egg White
  • 1 tsp. Seasoned Tobiko Fish Roes (Red), a Little for Garnishing

Remove the lobster head and softer shell, take out the body meat, keep the hard shell. Then dice the meat.

In a cooking pan, melt butter butter, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

In the same pan, add finely chopped parsley and flour, and stir-fry a minute. Then, add finely chopped onion, finely chopped mushrooms, corn kernels, white wine, salt, diced lobster, bacon and black pepper. Stir-fry several times until fragrant.

Add milk stir to mix thoroughly. Remove from heat. Spoon the mixture into the lobster shell.

In a mixing bowl, beat egg white until a soft peak formed.

Top the lobster with whipped egg white.

Steam it for 30 seconds until the whipped egg white is cooked.

Garnish with parsley and seasoned Tobiko fish roes (Red). Serve at once.
