Who would have thought that dried squid and pork slices complement one dish? An easy pork recipe that can take just in less than an hour. Crunchy, tangy but a well-balanced dish to dig in.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Cooking oil
  • 6 oz. Pork leg
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking oil
  • 1 Slice Dried squid
  • 1/2 tbsp. Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Shaoxing wine
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 oz. Winter bamboo shoot
  • 2 oz. Celery
  • 1 tbsp. Chili oil
  • 1 oz. Mung bean sprout
  • 2 tsp. Sesame oil
Directions:

Pour oil into a heated wok or skillet. Saute pork slices for a couple of minutes.

Add in the sliced dried squid and toss in. Season with salt to taste.

Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil; mix well.

Toss in winter bamboo shoots and sliced celery for 2 minutes.

Add Shaoxing wine and mung bean sprouts.

Toss well for another 2 minutes and serve immediately.
