Ingredients:
  • 3 cup Biscuits
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa
  • 7 oz. Milk (about 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
  • 9 tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 0.45 tsp. Vanilla sugar
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate
  • 7 tbsp. Cream
  • 1/4 cup White chocolate
Directions:

Break the biscuits into smaller chunks.

Chop the walnuts, reserving some for garnish.

In a mixing bowl, combine the milk with sugar, vanilla sugar, and cocoa, stirring until well mixed.

Add the butter, cut into cubes, to the mixture and heat it on medium heat until the butter is melted, creating a smooth chocolate mixture.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the biscuit chunks and stir until the biscuits are evenly coated.

Press the biscuit and walnut mixture into the bottom of a round mold. For best results, use a round mold with a diameter of approximately 8 inches (20 cm). Use a spatula to smooth the surface. Let it cool for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine the chopped chocolate and cream. Melt the mixture over hot water until smooth, creating a luxurious chocolate ganache.
