Ingredients:
  • 9 oz. Beef Flank Steak
  • Marinadeㅤ
  • 1 tbsp. Shaoxing Wine
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 1 tsp. Cooking Oil
  • StirFry The Beef
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 0.25 cup Onion, Diced
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tbsp. Curry Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Shaoxing Wine
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1.5 cup Chicken Broth
  • 0.5 tsp. Salt
  • 0.25 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 0.25 cup Carrot
  • 0.25 cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 3 oz. Broccoli
  • 2 tbsp. Cornstarch Slurry (1 to 2 Ratio of Cornstarch to Water)
  • 2 tbsp. Green Onion, Chopped
  • 7 oz. Cooked Noodles

First cut the beef and sizing.

Add shaoxing wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, eggs, corn starch, and cooking oil.

Turn on medium heat, pour in cooking oil and stir-fry the beef on both sides until golden brown.

Then add diced onion, minced garlic and curry powder and stir-fry evenly.

Add Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, chicken broth, salt, black pepper and sugar.

Bring the sauce to a boil and add slices of carrot, red bell pepper and broccoli.

Thicken with starch, put the green onion and mix evenly after boiling.
