Fragrant and slightly spicy, these cumin-spiced chicken are quick and delicious stir-fry family meal. Cumin offers a deep nutty flavor and a warming aroma that is absolutely addictive.

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz. Chicken Leg Meat
  • 1 count Egg
  • 2 tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 2 oz. Bell Pepper
  • 1 oz. Carrot
  • 1 oz. Celery
  • 0.5 oz. Green Onion
  • 1 oz. Minced Garlic
  • 0.5 tbsp. Cumin
  • 0.5 tbsp. Cumin Power
  • 1 tsp. Pepper Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Wine
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil

Take out the bone and skin of the chicken leg.

Cut chicken leg meat into small pieces.

Add a dash of salt, a dash of black pepper, one egg and corn starch, mix and leave it aside. (marinate chicken for 30-60 minutes)

Dice onion and bell pepper.

Heat up the wok (170-210°F/80-100°C)and add cold oil to grease to the wok to prevent sticking.

Fry the chicken, stir it, take the chicken out.

Add the chicken back to the hot oil to makes it crisper and get off the excess oil.

Add garlic, onion, carrot, bell pepper, celery and a drizzle of cooking oil to the wok to stir fry for a couple of minutes, add a drizzle of cooking wine, stir for another a couple of minutes,

add black pepper and green onion, stir it shortly, add chicken, ½ tbs cumin power, ½ tbs cumin, and ½ tbs pepper salt, stir and mix well.
