  • 2 oz. Mushroom, sliced
  • 1 oz. Bacon, cooked
  • 2 oz. Carrot, diced
  • 1 oz. Onion, diced
  • 1 tsp. Thyme
  • 2 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp. Chinese five spices powder
  • 1 tbsp. Granulated Garlic
  • 2 lb. Whole chicken
  • 1 tsp. Black pepper
  • 0.1 tsp. Cumin powder
  • 1 larger piece of banana leaf, cut into two equal-sized piece

Light up charcoal to preheat the grill.

Roll out a large dough on a cutting board to make about 18 in.x 24 in. dough crust at about ¼ inch thick.

In a mixing bowl, add potato, mushroom, carrot, bacon, onion, and a pinch of each of the spices, salt, and pepper.

Chinese five spices powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly.
