Made with deep fried potatoes and king oyster mushroom coated with oyster sauce, honey, black pepper, and a mixture of green onion, garlic, red chili, basil and white sesame, this Crispy Potatoes are a super addictive and perfect side to serve with your dinner tonight.

Ingredients:
  • 9 oz. Potato, (one large potato)
  • 2 oz. King oyster mushroom, (one large oyster mushroom)
  • 3 oz. Bacon, cut into about 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tbsp. Red chili pepper, sliced in an oval shape
  • 1 tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup Green onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking oil
  • 0.5 oz. Basil
  • 0.5 tbsp. White sesame
  • 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 0.5 tsp. Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Honey

Peel potato first, wash to clean, use a potato peeler, slice the peeled potato into thin slices lengthwise

Use the same method, slice the oyster mushroom into thin slices lengthwise.

in a cooking pan, heat enough oil to 250-300°F/120-150°C, deep-fry potato slices until golden, remove from oil and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Then deep-fry oyster mushroom slices until golden, remove from oil place on the same paper towel.

In a cooking pan over high heat, add cooking oil, saute bacon until sizzling, then remove from pan.

Return pan to heat, add minced garlic, red pepper slices and green onion, stir fry several times, then add a pinch of black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce and honey。

Add fried potato, oyster mushroom and basil leaves, and white sesames, then quickly stir-fry to mix well.
