Separate 5 egg whites from the yolks for the egg whites, we're adding 8 tbsp of sugar and we are going to mix everything.
2
Add water to the whipped egg whites and
mix again.
3
Add the yolks one by one and after that add the sunflower oil.
4
To that sift 5 tbsp. of flour and 3 tbsp. of cocoa
and half of this baking powder, that's about 5 gr.
Mix it with a whisk.
5
Put a baking sheet on the bottom and pour the mixture into the pan.
All the air is out, and the oven is heated up and put in the oven.
6
Heat up the oven to 392 °F/200 °C.
Bake it for about 10-15 mins. Then lower the heat of the oven to 356 °F/180 °C.
7
Coconut peel: Again separate 5 egg whites from the yolks.
Yolks are used for the filling and the egg whites for the second crust.
Whip all 5 egg whites while adding 8 tbsp of sugar.
8
To egg whites, we're adding water,
100 gr (all) of coconut,
baking powder,
and two tbsp of flour.
Mix everything together.
9
Now that we put the coconut filling on the top of the crust, put it back in the oven.
Again put it in the center of the oven.
10
While the crust is baking
we're adding 10 tbsp. of sugar, in the yolks
and 8 full tbsp. of flour,
a bit of cold milk,
and mix everything together.
11
The rest of the milk we're putting in a pot
and putting it on the heat to boil.
When the milk has boiled add the yolk mixture.
Mix till it thickens and then put it off the heat.
12
Our pudding mixture we're putting in a bowl.
Cover it with foil,
and let it cool down.
13
Let cool down the crust. If you prefer a softer cake, you can cover it with milk.
It's the best to do it with a spoon and wait for it to absorb it.
Let it rest.
14
Put the butter in the pudding
and mix it all together.
Add a bit of vanilla extract to the yolk filling
and mix it all.
15
Whip the whipping cream.
16
Spread the filling on the crust.
17
Add white spreading over the yellow one.
The cake is done, at the end. You can sprinkle some coconut or finely chopped-up white chocolate on the top of it.
18
Put it in the fridge to cool down, after that you can cut it and serve.
