  • 3.17 Oz. Sugar
  • 3.5 Oz. Lemon Zest little
  • 3.5 Oz. Unsalted butter
  • 3.5 Oz. Cake Flour
  • 0.03 Oz. Baking Powder
  • 2.8 Oz. Icing Sugar
  • 0.04 Cups Lemon Juice
  • Pistachio
Directions:

Beat the eggs, peel the lemon zest on the sugar.

Beat the butter at room temperature, add sugar in portions, and beat until the color turns pale.

Add the egg liquid 5-6 times, then sift in the flour and baking powder.

Pour into the mold and bake at 180°C/ 356°F for 30-35 minutes.

Add lemon juice to the icing in portions and pour it on the cake for decoration.
