A few eggs, some shrimps, a little clam and you are in brunch heaven with this out of this world seafood frittata recipe!

Ingredients:
  • 6 counts Egg
  • 1 tbsp. Minced Green Onion
  • 1 tbsp. Minced Parsley
  • 2 sticks Crab Stick, Diced
  • 1 cup Potato, Diced    
  • 0.25 cup Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
  • 0.25 cup Diced Onion 
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 tbsp. Corn Kernels        
  • 0.25 cup Clam Meat
  • 1.5 tbsp. White Wine
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 0.25 tsp. Black Pepper  
  • 0.5 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 0.25 cup Water

In a mixing bowl, beat 6 eggs first. Then add finely chopped green onions, finely chopped cilantro, chopped crab sticks, diced potatoes, minced shrimp, diced onions, flour, corn kernels, clam meat, and white wine. Blend to mix completely.

In a cooking pan, add butter and cook over low heat until melted. Spread to cover the entire bottom of the pan.

Pour in the egg mixture.

Cover with a lid, lower the heat, and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove the lid, sprinkle a pinch of black pepper and top with shredded cheese.

Drizzle water around the edge, cover with a lid again, and cook for 30 seconds.
