  • 9 large eggs
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup cake flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar powder
  • Filling
  • ½ cup melted chocolate
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup sugar

In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Whisk in the flour and mix well. Gradually add in the sugar and melted butter, stirring to combine.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Place a ladleful of crepe batter into center of pan, tilting to coat the bottom.

Cook until golden brown on one side, turning once, 2 to 5 minutes. Continue with the remaining batter.

Use a large chilled bowl (metal works best) and a whisk, standing mixer, or electric beaters. Beat in heavy cream and sugar until peaks form.

To assemble, place whipped cream and a line of overlapping strawberries down the center of the crepe and roll it up. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
