A rich and decadent dessert that is perfect for summer! This totally effortless 7 ingredient chocolate coconut mousse is gluten-free, low carb, and no-bake.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Belgian dark chocolate buttons
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Milk
  • 3 count Egg Yolks
  • 0.2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Whipping cream
  • 3 count White eggs
  • 0.35 cup Young coconut puree
  • 2 pcs Young coconut shell (cut half)
  • 0.35 cup Young coconut puree [Garnish]

In the saucepan on the low heat, add Belgian dark chocolate buttons and milk. Melt them together. Remove from heat.

Add egg yolks, butter and whipping cream, then whip them all together.

Add whipping cream, young coconut puree, mix together.

Beat egg whites until foamy but firm. Add to the mixed chocolate.

Pour the mousse into the young coconut shell (or cup), cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set or about 2 hours.
