In another large bowl, combine egg yolk, water and vegetable oil and mix well. Add flour baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder in the mixture and mix well.

Fold in ⅓ egg white mixture in chocolate mixture, then fold in the rest of egg white mixture. Make sure the batter is well-blended.

Pour chocolate batter in a baking pan, and make sure batter is evenly spread.

Bake at 350°F/180°C for 45 minutes. Take out and cool down at room temperature.

To shape the cake like a dome: begin by stacking a few layers of round cake, just as you would to make a regular layer cake. Starting at the top, use a sharp, serrated knife to slowly remove portions of cake until it looks like a dome.

Spread a thin layer cream between each layer of cake. Frost the cake with white whipped cream. Decorate the top with chocolate and pearl jellies.
