An amazingly delicious dessert, the Chocolate Churros. This Spanish specialty is crunchy and light at the same time. Its unique taste is due to the fried dough. Enjoy with a chocolate coating or with a cup of hot chocolate!

Ingredients:
  • 11.6 oz. Water
  • 2.4 oz. Butter
  • 0.7 oz. Sugar
  • 6.3 oz. Cake flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 4.5 oz. Eggs
  • 7 oz. Dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon powder
  • 1 oz. Cooking oil
Directions:

Break 2 eggs and whisk them properly.

Add butter, sugar, and water to the pan and heat it until boiling. Then turn off the heat.

Add the flour and mix until there are no lumps or lumps left.

Turn on the heat again and stir-fry the dough for 1-2 minutes. When a white film forms on the wall of the pot, turn off the heat.

Roll out the dough against the wall to cool it down.

When the temperature of the dough is warm enough, divide the egg water 3~4 times and mix.

When the surface of the dough is smooth and shiny and you can feel the texture like water-drenched clay, it's done.

Insert the desired tip into the piping bag and fill the piping bag halfway with the batter.

Fry the dough to a golden brown front and back.

Melt the chocolate by heating it in the microwave. If you add a little cooking oil to the chocolate, it gives a subtle shine and you can adjust the concentration.

Dip half or whole churros in chocolate and coat.
