Ingredients:
  • Filling:
  • 7 Oz. Ground beef
  • 1/6 Head Kimchi
  • 1 Oz. Chive
  • 1/4 Large Onion
  • Dipping sauce:
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 Tsp Minced garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • White wrapper:
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 Tsp Cooking oil
  • Salt
  • Spinach wrapper:
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Spinach juice
  • 1 Tsp Cooking oil
  • Salt
Directions:

Chop the chives. Mince Napa cabbage kimchi and onion and drain. Combine ground pork, chopped kimchi, onion, chives, and filling sauce in a large bowl. Take leaves from 4 stalks of spinach and put them into the blender with 1/2 cup water. Remove the pulp using a fine mesh strainer to make spinach juice.

Put White and spinach dumpling wrappers ingredients to 2 different bowls, knead enough until the flour is disappeared, wrap the dough separately in a plastic bag and let it sit for 30 mins.

Roll white and dumpling dough to form a cylinder shape, and wrap over the white dough with spinach dough.

Take a piece of the dough (about 12g), roll each piece out with a rolling pin round circle disk. (Dusted a bit of flour and roll the dough thinly.)

Place the filling in the center of the wrapper, wrap and shape it like Napa cabbage.

Steam it about 8~10 mins in a preheated steamer. Serve with soy vinegar sauce as a dipping to your preference.
