Ingredients:
  • 1 Chicken Breast, boneless and skinless (10.5 oz / 300 g)
  • 7 oz. Spaghetti
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 stalk Chili Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Carrot
  • 0.5 lb. Baby Broccoli (Broccoletti)
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 count Eggs
  • 0.1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 0.5 count Lemon
  • 0.1 tbsp. Salt
  • 0.1 tbsp. Pepper to Taste

Prep the Chicken: Slice the chicken breast into halves (butterfly style) and flatten with a meat tenderizer. Cut the chicken into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.

Cook the Chicken and Veggies: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken, minced garlic, chili pepper, shredded carrot, and broccoli. Stir well. Season with soy sauce, then transfer everything to a bowl and set aside.

Cook the Spaghetti: Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the spaghetti for 10 minutes until al dente.

Scramble the Eggs: Meanwhile, on a skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium-high heat. Whisk the eggs in a small bowl, then pour them into the skillet and scramble.

Combine Everything: Add the cooked spaghetti to the scrambled eggs in the skillet. ISeason with salt and pepper. Return the cooked chicken and veggies to the skillet. Add lemon juice to taste and mix well.
