Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 oz Croutons
  • 3.5 oz Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2.75 oz White Onion, Sliced
  • 3.5 oz Cucumber, Sliced
  • 1 oz Feta Cheese
  • 2 oz Parmesan Cheese
  • 3.5 oz Spring mix
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Garlic, Chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 count Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper To Taste

Pan-sear the chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the skillet is hot, you will place chicken breasts in the skillet. Next, you will sear chicken breasts for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Season the chicken with salt and pepper on each side. They should turn golden brown in color on both sides.

Bake the croutons: 50g of bread (about 1.7 ounces), cut into 3/4-inch cubes, add butter cooking spray, and bake at 150°C / 300°F for 10-15 minutes.

Make the dressing: prepare the chicken salad dressing in a large bowl. Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, whipping cream, olive oil, chopped garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Taste for the proper balance of sweetness and acidity.

Dice the chicken, mix with dressing and vegetables: Dice the chicken. Mix it in with the dressing and vegetables of your choice. Top them with feta cheese and parmesan cheese.
