  • 0.25 tsp. Five-Spice Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Shaoxing Cooking Wine
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Green and Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Shaoxing Cooking Wine
  • 1 tsp. Pepper Salt Powder
  • Frying Coating
  • 2 counts Egg
  • 2 cup Sweet Potato Flour
