Ingredients:
  • 5 Medium Whole Chicken
  • 6 Large Onions
  • 2 cup Sour Plum Paste
  • 3 cup Walnuts
  • 5 Large Bell peppers
  • 5 Large Tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 Smaller Eggplants
Directions:

Crush the walnuts.

Dice the onions finely and squeeze out the juice from them.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Add sour plum sauce and crushed walnuts and mix them together.

Take the chickens. Paste the sour plum sauce on the skin of the chicken.

Stuff the chicken with the stuffing and sew the bottom side of the chicken.

Put the chickens into the oven or inside of an outdoor grill. Add bell peppers, tomatoes, and eggplants for grilling. Grill them for 1 hour until it is fully cooked.
