  • 8 oz. Mozzarella, Sliced
  • 0.3 cup Black Olive
  • 0.25 cup Scallion
  • 2 slice Parma Ham
  • 1 tbsp. Flour
  • 2 sheet Pastry
  • 2 tbsp. Liquid Eggs
  • 2 tsp. Lemon Zest
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Halved the chicken breast into a butterfly shape. Seasoning with salt and pepper.

Spread the cream cheese inside, place mozzarella slices and sparkling some chopped scallion.

Coat Parma ham and roll the chicken breast as a stick shape. Transfer to a skillet with medium-high heat.
