Ingredients:
  • 12 oz. Chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  • 0.5 tsp. Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp. Salt
  • 5 pieces Sliced Ham
  • 5 pieces Spinach Leaves
  • 1 oz. Shredded cheese
  • 1 stick Carrot, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Corn Starch
  • 1 count Egg, beaten
  • 0.25 cup Breadcrumbs, enough to cover the roll

Split the chicken breast. Place it on a cutting board, starting from the thinker side, horizontally cut to ¾ depth, then turn the meat 180 degrees, do the same cut starting from where your knife stopped, horizontally cut stop at ¾ depth again.

Now the chicken breast was split into three connected slices, carefully flat the whole piece, sprinkle a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of salt on top, then layer the ham slices, spinach leaves, and shredded cheese. Then roll it up.

Coat with corn starch, egg wash, and breadcrumbs.

Sear the roll all sides in a cooking pan until the crust is golden.

Then bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) temperature for 40 minutes.
