  • 4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 7 oz. Shallot
  • 4 oz. Green Onion
  • 5 oz. Celery
  • 5 oz. Carrot

In a wok over medium heat, heat the oil to 350°F-400°F/ 180°C-200°C.

Add shallot, green onion and stir well. Turn off the heat at temp 482°F/250°C.

Add celery and carrot and fry ingredients until dark brown to maximize flavors.
