Ingredients:
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 tbsp. Heavy whipping cream
- ㅤ ㅤ Salt to taste
- ㅤ ㅤ Ground black pepper to taste
- 3/4 (85 g) cup Shredded cheese
- 2 (60 g) oz. Fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/2 large Tomato, sliced
- 2 tbsp. Fresh basil

Whisk together eggs and cream in a bowl with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium-high heat. Spread out the cheese in an even layer in the pan, so it covers the entire bottom. Fry until the cheese gets bubbly and a bit translucent.
