  • 2 large Chicken Leg Quarters
  • Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 stalks Green Onion
  • 8 slices Ginger, Sliced
  • 1 tbsp. Mirin
  • 3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Rice Wine
  • 2 tbsp. Rock Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • ㅤGarnish
  • 1/4 tsp. White Sesame Seeds

Pour oil into the pan, put two chicken legs into the pan and fry on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the skin is golden brown.
