Best Tiramisu Crepe Cake is a delicious, light cake. This non-traditional cake is made with thin layers of chocolate crepes and an amazing tiramisu cream with coffee and rum. A perfect dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients:
  • Crepe
  • 2.11 tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp. Cocoa powder
  • 1.69 cup Milk
  • 4 tbsp. Caster sugar
  • 2 Bags Instant coffee
  • 1 tbsp. Coffee rum
  • 1/2 cup Cake flour
  • 2 tbsp. Cake flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • Tiramisu cream
  • 8 oz. Mascarpone cheese
  • 5.6 tbsp. Caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Coffee rum
  • 2.6 cup Whipping cream
  • Top decoration
  • 1/2 tbsp. Cocoa powder
Directions:

Melt butter in a pan over low heat.

Add cocoa powder and mix properly. Add milk and mix.

Add sugar, the temperature should not be more than 104 °F/40 °C.

Pour the mixture into a bowl. Add instant coffee to it and mix.

Add coffee rum and mix.

Sift cake flour into it and mix. Whisk the eggs and add to the batter.

Sift the batter through a sifter twice to get a smooth batter.

Keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Make 28 very thin crepes. Cut them into a mold size (in this case 15 cm size)

Into a bowl add mascarpone cream, sugar, and coffee rum. Mix with a hand mixer until smooth.

Make the cake by adding a layer of crepe and a layer of cream. Decorate the top with the cream as you wish.

Keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Sprinkle the top with cocoa powder and enjoy!
