Ingredients:
  • 2 lb. Chicken With Skin And Bone-In, Cut Into Chunky Pieces
  • 3 oz. Potato, Peeled, Cut into Chunky Pieces
  • 2 oz. Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 oz. Ginger, Sliced
  • 1 oz. Green Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 2 bottles Beers
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 0.5 tbsp. Salt

In a cooking pan, add a tablespoon oil, green onion, and ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant.

Then, add chicken pieces and stir fry until the chicken pieces turn greasy and golden.

Then add 2 bottle beers and cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes until only half of the liquid is remained.

Add potatoes, light soy sauce, and sugar. Continue cooking for 10 to 15 minutes until the liquid is cooked down and almost evaporated.

Add chopped green bells and salt.

Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce is reduced and thickened.
