For a twist on the classic recipe with noodles, give this amazing beef stroganoff over rice a try.  Tender strips of spicy beef are combined with a creamy mushroom sauce, providing the perfect balance for your palate. This dish is so tasty, no one will ever guess you made it in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. Steak
  • 1 tbsp. Paprika Powder
  • 1 cup Pickled Cucumbers
  • 0.5 cup Red Onion
  • 1 cup Pickle Juice
  • 0.5 cup Parsley
  • 1.5 cup Mushroom
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Brandy
  • 0.5 cup Yogurt
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt to Taste
  • 1 pinch Pepper to Taste
  • 1.5 cup 10-minute Rice
  • 2 sprig Fresh Thyme
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach

Prepare rice in advance according to package directions. Add thyme leaves and chopped spinach, and mix well. Place on a plate and set aside.

Place steak on a cutting board and slice into 1-inch strips. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then add paprika and mix with hands to coat steak thoroughly.

In a food processor, add pickles and onion and coarsely chop, or alternatively, slice by hand.

Place ingredients in a mixing bowl, add pickle juice, then chop parsley and add to the bowl. Mix well.

Heat oil in a pan, add mushrooms and stir for 30 seconds. Add seasoned pickles and onions, setting a small handful aside for garnishing later. Crush garlic in a press, add to the pan and stir well to combine. Remove from heat.

In another pan, heat oil; add steak, placing the strips face down for even cooking.

Sear until golden brown on both sides, then add brandy and flambé, add sauteed mushroom mixture, followed by yogurt and milk; stir well.

Spoon sauteed beef over the plate of rice, top with the reserved pickle and onions from step 4, serve immediately.
