Ingredients:
  • 12.25 oz. Tenderloin Beef
  • 5.25 oz. Celery About 1 Stem
  • 0.7 oz. Carrot, Shredded
  • 0.7 oz. Red Bell Pepper, Shredded
  • 0.5 oz. Minced Garlic
  • 0.5 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 count Egg
  • 1 tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Salt Sugar

In a bowl, add soy sauce, an egg, and cornstarch to coat and marinate the beef. Mix well.

Under high heat, quickly deep fry the beef shreds in a wok (or your deepest pan if you don't have one!) until all the pieces are separated. Set aside and drain.

Using just a touch of oil remaining in the wok, stir fry the celery until fragrant.

Add 1 tbsp oil, garlic, ½ tbsp water, ½ tbsp soy sauce, ½ tsp oyster sauce and 1 tsp sugar to heated wok.

Add beef and celery, stir while adding starch and water to thicken sauce.

Finally, stir in shredded carrot and red bell peppers.
