Ingredients:
- 12 oz. Pork Boston butt or tenderloin
- 1 tbsp. Green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Ginger, slice
- 3 Eggs
- 1 lb. Cooked brown rice
- 1 oz. Cabbage, chopped
- 1 oz. Carrot, diced
- 2 oz. Broccoli, diced
- 1 oz. Shiitake mushroom, diced
- 1 tsp. Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tbsp. Chinese cooking wine
- 3 cup Water
- 1.5 tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. Honey
- 1 tbsp. BBQ sauce
- 1 pinch Black pepper

Fill Wok with oil until you've reached your desired oil depth. Heat until the oil temperature reaches 300-350°F/150-170°C. Deep fry the pork until the surface changes to golden brown. Drain the oil. Get the oil temp to 375°F/190°C and re-fry the pork for 30~40 seconds to seal in the juice. Remove the pork from the oil.

In the wok, add the green onion, ginger, cooking wine, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, bbq sauce and honey. Mix the ingredients well and bring to boil. Add the deep fried pork to the sauce mixture and simmer for 30 minutes. Transfer the bbq pork to the cutting board. Cut the pork into 0.5 inch cube.

In the hot wok, add oil and beaten eggs. Stir fry the eggs until cooked. Add the cooked rice and mix well. Add salt and pepper to the rice and stir well together. Add cabbage, carrot, broccoli, and shiitake mushroom to the fried rice and mix well. Then, add diced bbq pork, oyster sauce, and green onion. Stir them well together.
