This recipe is ‘Banoffee Pie’, a pie that was first made in the UK and is very famous in the US! The word ‘Banoffee’ is a compound word of ‘banana’ and ‘toffee’. It is often used in desserts with banana and caramel flavors. This pie is made by crushing whole wheat cookies, bananas, and dulce de leche, and it’s a whipped cream combination. You can make it very very easily if you just make dulce de leche! It’s not too sweet and it’s really tasty.
