This banana cheese roti is very fluffy and chewy. Delicious and easy to prepare. Perfect for breakfast or as a  snack.

Ingredients:
  • 1⅓ cup All-purpose flour/plain flour
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Condensed milk
  • 0.46 cup Lukewarm water
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Banana Banana
Directions:

Mix the flour with salt, condensed milk, and water. Knead the dough until it is homogenized. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Divide into two parts and pour oil on top of them and let rest for an hour.

Enlarge the dough, add shredded cheese and banana slices on the top. Cover with the dough so it will form a rectangle.

Fry on oil in a pan on both sides until golden brown.

Cut into slices and enjoy!
