  • 1/4 cup Raw Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. White Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch Mixture (1 to 2 Ratio of Cornstarch to Water)
  • Topping
  • 1 tbsp. Red Thai Chili Peppers
  • 1 tbsp. Green Onion, Chopped

Spread a layer of oil on the eggplant.
