Ingredients:
  • 2 lb. Chicken Legs
  • 1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Rice Wine
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Turmeric
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil (For Marinade)
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil (For Olive Mixture)
  • 2 tbsp. Water
  • 3 oz. Green Olives, Pitted
  • 0.6 oz. Parsley
  • 3 cloves Garlic

Preheat the oven to 450°F/230°C.

Place the chicken legs on the baking sheet, grab a bowl, add Balsamic Vinegar, Rice Wine, Ground Turmeric, Olive Oil, salt and black pepper, mix well.

Coat the chicken legs all over with the marinade.

Bake the chicken in the oven for approximately 40 mins.

In a bowl add the Chopped olives, parsley, smashed garlic, salt and pepper, olive oil, water and mix well, set aside.

Remove the juices from the cooked chicken to a pot and allow to simmer and add olive mixture (from step 3) simmer for a few minutes.

Serve the chicken legs laced with the cooked sauce.
