- 1 pack Bacon, about 2 oz.
- 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
- 3 large Eggs
- 2 cup Cooked Rice
- 1/4 cup Carrots, diced
- 1/4 cup Corn Kernel (fresh or canned)
- 1 tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Oyster Sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Green Peas

Roasting the Bacon: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the bacon slices on a baking tray and bake for 20- 30 minutes until crispy. Once done, remove from the oven and allow it to cool. Crush the roasted bacon into small pieces by hand.
