Ingredients:
  • 3 Slices Bread
  • 3 Slices American chees
  • 6 Large Eggs
  • Salted butter
  • Chopped green onion
  • Ham
  • Avocado
  • Bacon

Whisk the eggs. Prepare the American cheese and cut it in half. Chop the green onion and add it to the eggs.

Ham variant: Put some butter in a pan and let it melt. Pour the eggs and put 2 slices of bread on the egg and turn the slices then fry until the eggs are hard. Add the slices of ham on one side and slices of cheese on the other side and fold them together. Fry it until the cheese melts.
