Ingredients:
  • 2 cup All-purpose/wheat flour
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 0.85 cup Water
  • 1 tsp. Instant yeast
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • Chopped green onion
  • Sesame seeds
Directions:

Mix the egg, yeast, sugar, and water well.

Add flour and salt to it. Stir well, no flour is visible. Cover and let it rise for about 1 hour.

Prepare some green onion put more if you like.

Stir well, stirring the dough to get the air out of the dough.

Pour some cooking oil into the pan and brush evenly with a brush. Pour in the dough. Spread flat. Cover and let it rise for about 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, sprinkle some sesame seeds on the top. You can omit it if you don't have it.

Heat on low heat all the way through. Cooking for about 10 minutes per side. After 10 minutes, turn it over, such an amazing color. Cover and continue to cook for another 10 minutes. Turn over after 10 minutes, this side is also cooked until golden brown. If the edges spring back quickly when pressed with a spatula, they are done.
