Making delicious corn cookies was the answer to surprisingly simple ingredients. That’s corn flakes! I put corn flakes in the dough instead of corn The texture is crispy and chewy, and it’s really delicious. The ingredients are so simple If you have corn flakes, you can make them immediately !! You absolutely have to make this 🙂

Ingredients:
  • 4 oz. Unsalted butter
  • 3.5 oz. Caster sugar
  • 1.4 oz. Egg
  • 5.1 oz. Cake flour
  • 0.6 tsp. Baking powder
  • 0.6 tsp. Salt
  • 2.1 oz. Corn flakes
  • Extra corn flakes for garnish
Directions:

Lightly loosen the soft butter at room temperature.

Add white sugar and salt and whip at low speed until the color becomes lighter with a hand mixer.

Whisk the eggs at room temperature into 2 ~ 3 times.

Sift the flour and baking powder and mix until you can hardly see the powder.

Add corn flakes and mix well with a spatula.

Scoop the dough with 5cm diameter cookie scoop and apply extra corn flakes on the surface.

Bake at 338 °F/170 °C for 14 minutes in a preheated oven. (Unox standard)
