Creamy avocado sauce is an easy condiment to put together and is great when paired with crispy fried fish. The fish fillet is tender with a crispy crust, and the avocado cream sauce is refreshing and loaded with flavors!

Ingredients:
  • 1 count Black Sea Bass
  • 1 pinch Salt to Taste
  • 1 pinch Pepper to Taste
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 0.5 cup Corn Starch
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 4 cup Oil [For frying]
  • 1 count Avocado
  • 1 count Lemon
  • 1 count Onion
  • 1 count Tomato
  • 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil [For Base]

Descale and fillet the sea bass and season the fish fillets with a little salt and pepper.

To make flour batter: Add flour in a bowl, then add corn starch, salt, pepper, chili powder, baking soda, vinegar and water. Mix well.

In a bowl. Dip the fillets with flour and then coat with the batter.

Deep fry fillets until golden brown.

To make sauce: In a bowl, add avocado, lemon juice, minced onion, minced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, cayenne pepper, honey and olive oil. Stir well.

Spread sauce onto a plate, then top with fried fish fillets. Serve and enjoy.
