  • 2 lb Pork belly
  • 0.25 Cup High-alcohol Content Liquor
  • 1 Tbsp Rose Flavored Cooking Wine
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 count Star Anise
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Sichuan Peppercorn
  • 0.25 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Soy Sauce

Cut the pork belly into long strips.

Marinate meat with high-alcohol content liquor, rose flavored Cooking wine, salt, Sichuan peppercorn, star anise, cinnamon, sugar, and soy sauce for 24 hours.

Tie up the meat with a wire and air-dry for 3 days in a cool place.
